Each level has its own set of illnesses coded into it so adding lategame rooms to them won't change it.
The point is going back and applying everything you've learned to build something better, and seeing how far you've come.
Damn right! Making them perfect is what I will be going back for. Also, I like the challenge of how high can you get the hospital level of each hospital. ^^
You can also level up machines you couldn't before.
You can add new item you unlocked later.
I don't think it does. Although I haven't tried it myself.
I am trying to cure 1,000 jest infections so I went back to the first one you had it and added marketing rooms to make it JUST jest infections coming in. But haven't tried anything else.
Maybe thats a possible add-on in the future, when you complete the game, all hospitals suddenly get every disease. (would be mental though lol)
Use Flottering for Jest Infection.
Someone on here mentioned you couldn't market for a disease if it isn't in that hospital, haven't tested it so don't know how true it is, but worth a mention.
Eh? The whole point is that you've done the objectives, sandbox to make it as big and efficient as you can get it.
I want new lots or sandbox mode
Yeah did it last night using flottering!
