What's worth buying with Kudosh

Hey All,

I've earned quite a lot of Kudosh whilst playing this game and I was wondering what people recommend purchasing with this i.e Is there anything highly recommended?

Personally, I try to get the Golden Toilet, Medicine Cabinet, Rug, Wall Monitor and artwork first. I then start saving for the fountain so that I can make my corridors nice looking.

Everything but more specifically whatever you feel you want for aesthetics, there are items that improve diagnosis and cure rates as Jonathan mentioned.

You don't need to spare your Kudosh - you'll get enough over time

My top practical picks from the list are the Big Bin (collects more litter before becoming full), Anatomy Poster (+1% training speed for each, and I can usually fit about 15 in a 3x3 training room), Medicine Cabinet (each one is +1% to treatment in whatever room its in), and the Punching Bag available in the Staff Room (the only item currently in-game that increases staff happiness when they use it).

My personal favorites also include the Coffee Machine (satisfies thirst and gives a speed buff), Sweets Dispenser (satisfies hunger), and since I don't like having bored patients, they seem to use the Bookcase and Arcade Machine most if they're available. On the flipside, I've never seen anybody use the Magazine Stand, so I don't buy it anymore.

The route I go is Medicine Cabinet First. Then Golden award, Golden Toilet. Then I unlock the Energy drink and the Luxury nuts Vending machines, then a painting, I am partial to the mountains painting. Next on my list is the Arcade Machine. After that I go for the anatomy poster
and anatomy statue. Next is the air conditioners for the research rooms, then the skeleton ( I use those in hallways and rooms/bathrooms snickers )
then the rug and fountains. After that I go for the clown clinic items then Psychiatry room items, wall monitor, punching bag, coffee machine, water fountain, gumball machine, little wooden chair, TV, Coffee table, Silly X-Rays pic, Scale, and whatever else catches my whim like the receptionists room items etc.

I tend to buy somw before needed in anticipation of the next lvl etc. I find by the time I hit Mitton I am able to buy willy nilly, But then I probably stay and play a little longer on each hospital.

I like buying artwork because in real life I like buying artwork. Other than that, buy whatever you like. Please be aware that there are a number of nice items that are specific to particular rooms, so they will only appear on the items list if you are in edit mode for that room.

Everything. You shouldn't be stingy with Kudosh because you have plenty. I literally bought everything and still have thousands.

I found the Sega Arcade useful to entertain the patients.
Also the Gold Star Award for padding a rooms prestige.
Both expensive items to place in the early days of your hospital but well worth using later on.

Coffee + Sweets machine (the little red one), Carpets, Arcade, Gold star, medicine cabinet, Luxury drink and snack machines ( both gives happiness).

But in fact there is enough Kudosh after a while to get all items. So, there is no need to spare.

Also consider Pulpitation drinks everywhere and have patients run from one appointment to the next and the staff from job to job.
