what's the ideal hospital order with all the dlcs?

hi, i'm replaying this, trying to establish what is the correct order with all the dlcs. ive already done hogsport, bullocks, flottering, mitton, tumble, flemington, smogley, meltdown, duckworth and the whole snow dlc (underlook, swelbard and roquefort).

should I do the beach region now (grockle bay, sweaty palms and blighton) or any particular dlc? are they all just "easy" enough to do at any time or do they require previous knowledge /techs? in my last playthrough i had already beat croquenbouche with 3 stars btw.

I doubt it really matters but I'd say do them in the order they were released.

Any tips for Croquembouche? i have been restarting from last save and I still go bankrupt. I have such a good set up. I dont want to start over from the beginning. but I might today. I was almost done, too :(
