Access it from the main menu after completing the first three hospitals.
Lol... just open your eyes and you can find it in main lobby
WAKE UP ! There has been a sandbox mode in the game for a year now !!
Which doesn't have hospital building creation or even editing, we only get the existing maps. They can call it sandbox, sure. When do we get the real thing?
You're confusing "Sandbox" with something else. The term "Sandbox" is normally used to describe a large area where one is free to do whatver they want within the constraints of that area.
GTA, MGSV, etc are all considered sandbox games.
What you're thinking of is Creative Mode or level creator/editor.
And that isn't in sandbox yet.
I wouldn't call it arguing, more being pedantic on what you said.
In my eyes sandbox is just playing more of what you have already played in mission form.
The creative aspect, as you are desiring, is yet to be made.
I reckon they are going to update it, but as the console version, DLC and probably some more things in the background, has delayed the sandbox update.
But I expect it to happen, eventually. As the game hasn't been abandoned etc. you can assume it will be updated. There is also plenty to get on with (in my opinion) even before playing around with sandbox mode.
Yet for some people I guess the sandox represents a possibility of getting even more relaxed/creative enjoyment out of the game... which arguably means the current sandbox mode can see a couple improvements to allow maximum creative freedom if one desires so.
Having a special map with no space constraints at all (completely open plain with no divides... and no sun-flares!) is one such improvement.
Personaly, it's been a long while since I don't play in sandbox, so I don't remember... does it have a way to choose special events/catastrophes, are they tied to the map or not present at all? A selector on map creation would be best, definitely!
Anyone has other ideas for sandbox improvements?
