Go for 1* or 3* Levels?

Hey, I was wondering if you guys prefer rushing to the next hospital asap or getting 3* on every hospital.

The problem for me is that only going for 1* makes the game feel like I am spending the same amount of time building 8 identical GP officers at the start of a level as I am playing the rest of the game.

Additionally, rewards seem to have stopped for 2* and 3* hospitals, early levels gave you additional items you could use, but the past few levels they have only rewarded the K currency which you soon no longer have a use for especially since you can afk farm K with research (bought the most expensive fountain just for the hell of it even though it is just a massive waste of space, corridors more than 2 squares long are terribly inefficient

Where my rewards for spending more than 5 mins in a hospital at? :(

So far all my hospitals have been 3* except for one where I got bankrupt thanks to the fracture ward bug.

I think only for the first hospitals 3 stars is good to unlock certain things. Later on I think it is just personal preference as there is no real impact to other levels if you do 1 or 3 stars.

I'm currently getting 1* on everything just to have the basics unlocked and to experience different things

for me it was easier to rush until the5.hospital.because now i have alot new furniture and upgrades.now i play each for 3stars and play until i want to change

I was rushing to the next level when working on my layouts guide but I much rather do 3* before moving on.

I preferred to get 1* until the last three but then wanted servfer/supercomputer for research and so went back to 3* all those that gave real objects as rewards rather than just K.

I was getting 3 star on everything until Duckworth. That 90% staff morale is probably never gonna happen without just paying everyone a stupid amount which has the potential to bankrupt me after. Wouldn't really matter except I have a sweet Research setup.

The 3 hot ones aswell I've 1 starred all. I rescued Grockle Bay after almost having to restart and eventually hit 2 star so will see. I may just move on to the final ones.

As the guy above me said, its a little disappointing that the rewards for hitting the stars stopped very early on. Kudosh has been pretty much irrelevant for about since probably around Flemington when I had enough to unlock everything. It would've been nice to at least have gotten more Illness specific posters.

For 90% moral I gave them all mad payrises and then sent EVERYONE on a break. Triggered the 3 stars before it caused my balance an issue.

3* all my hospitals before moving on. Except Duckworth apon Bilge (far as I have got so far) with 2* on that one before the mayor bankrupted me, now I know why the others before me failed.

If I don't 3* a hospital, I don't want to move on just yet. I want to get the sense of completion so this includes achieving all hospital goals.

3 stars unless you get tired of a hospital in that case just move on, if it stops being fun then move on if you still perfecting that hospital keep going :)

3 stars at every hospital.

I flet that Kudosh is pretty hard to gain...until I moticed that at the world map I had career goals section, and clicking those immediately gave me like 7000 Kudosh...
Just finished Duckworth, that definitely was hardest this far, and 3 starring it felt also rewarding, even though the other gains were not given for doing so.

I've 3 starred every hospital as I progress. About to 3 star Pelican Wharf, but its taking far longer than any of the others. I have 14,000 kudosh but nothing left to spend it on!

I started off trying to 3 Star all of them, but when they stopped giving a reward for doing so, I did it based on whether or not I thought the objectives would be enjoyable.

In many cases, the 3 Star goals are more about your patience than actual skill.
