No new Items to unlock?

Just reached my 17th star and there have been no new things unlocked. Is that a bug? Or am I already at the end of the line?

New upgrades for items and new decoration unlocked every time a hospital was rated with another star. That's why I always did three stars for each, to have everything there is before going to another city.

Not all stars give unlocks. There are still more for you to earn. Also, check what's inside of every room. There are some room-specific items that can only be purchased when editing/pressing the item button in the room's window.

Many items unlock or at least become available for unlock with map progression.

Then I am not far enough in the game. Or at least I remeber every star providing something.
Thanks for the answer! I already use the room specific items, exspecially those which provide bonus for the rooms function. ^^

if you get 3 stats in some hospital you get some stuff i recently unlock supercomputer and its beter than the servers

I just finished Sweaty Palms 3 stars, no new unlocks. I have not had anything new unlock for the last several levels. I figured I would get some new posters, art or something. Hope this changes in the future. But overall I like the game.

Most of the later levels don't give any unlocks on star completion, but two notable exceptions are the cubism level (you get a special cubim poster at level 3) and melt downs (you get a super computer at 3 stars).

Are you referring to star-based unlocks? 'Cause they stop after a while. When you unlock research, pretty much all of the star-based stuff after that is just fluff.

Yeah you run out of unlocks about half way if you're doing 3 stars. Bit of a shame but i'd rather not wait twice as long to get what i want.

dont forget event unlock. you can get a Jasmine Odyssey picture to hang on the wall if you impress her as a VIP. actually, i think this is the only VIP visit where you can get an item!

Jasmine is not all that impressive. Unless the hospital is in Vienna in 1647 and we're talking opera stars... ?B)

At least it's something new to hang on the wall. I always make sure a couple rooms are "fans".

Unlocks are depending on the map, not hte stars.
