Medical Cabinets

I saw someone mention and show a screen shot of their GP rooms with medical cabinets in.
I asked and they said they thought it was on completion of Hogsport you got them.

Ive got all three stars for that hospital, and for most others (just Got Rotting Hill and a couple of the last hospitals to complete) but I dont get medical cabinets.

Just a little medicine thing thats not an actual cabinet.
How do you get that?

You get it in Hogsport and have to pay 45 Kudosh to unlock it.

I dont have it - and I just went back into Hogsport to see if I missed buying it and it doesnt exist for me.
Is there a difference between American and British versions of the game maybe? I have a medicine cabinet but its a small table type thing and not the cupboard thing someone else has screen shot.

Should be the exact same thing.

You can only place it in certain rooms, otherwise you won't see it in the list. edit or build a GP, Psych, Ward or Pharm. Scroll down the list and see if it's there.

It isnt.
I just have a small table like medicine cabinet not the tall axtual cabinet type thing someone else posted in their screen shots ...

Oh I had a cupboard in a corner of my room. I think you have to buy that with kudosh to get it?
Yeah and that does "nothing" in terms of giving you anything. Just a comedic moments when the doctor opens it.
