Pharmacy Management II - V
Cannot train nurses with Pharmacy Management skills more than level 1, is possible to reach level 2 or higher?

Even no guest trainers available to those courses.

Things like GP, Psych, Wards have levels.
Things like Pharmacy, Radiation Scan don't.

ya, thats what i call inconsistant.

note here the incosistant nature of it.

Pharmacy: +20% (no further training. Treatment 10% per level required)

Radiology: (no further training. Diagnosis 10% required)
megascan - no buff
x-ray - 20%

Genetics: no buff (no further training. Treatment and Diagnosis 10% required)

GP: 20% per level

Psychology and Surgery:
level 1: no buff
level 2+: 20%

i mean i cant be the only one that has noticed all that incosistency with the talents. i mean just the ones that are like blank talents that allow you to work a field are annoying enough. no talent should be like that.

like the level 1 for Genetics, Psychology, and Surgery. they should all allow you to work those fields, but they should additonally provide the 20% buff too.

Because it takes more skill to learn the secrets of the human brain than to fetch the right pills?

The vaccination room also has one skill, and i think thats enough since all they do is press a button to stick a human sized needle op their butt.

Your nurses should be either full Treatment or full Ward. There is no reason to get Pharmacy or Injection skills because the full Treatment route gets you a high treatment score in all the Nurse treatment rooms. Ward is the exception of course. Also note that Nurses in Surgery don't have any affect on the treatment percentage chance; it is only the Doctor's treatment score that matters for surgery.

I would say that the ones with levels should at least be named starting with "I". Would make it less confusing.

So later in the level is it safe to assume that no one uses the dianostic function of the ward? Ward mananagement adds both treatment and dianostic skills so ward nurses should be trained in Ward Managment and treatment skilled nurses should be used to fill in for a short time and then sent back to their primary treatment duties.

It actually is consistent:

If the talent is required for the machine or room: no buff (MEGA and DNA)
If the talent is not required for the machine: buff(XRAY, Pharmacy, Injection)
If the talent is not used on a machine: Buff and multiple levels(GP, Ward, Psychiatry, Surgery.

Note: talents required for the room but the room has no machine do not give a buff for the first level. This applies to Psychiatry and Surgery.

^ Research also requires the 'talent'

I think a very poor design is the heart racer. It takes both diagnose and cure, but have no specialiization like wards. That is one thing make your GP office overloaded. You will want to use a full cure nurse to reduce the patient death, and then your GP will send patient to that room and get like 10% diagnose. Sad

I believe the heart racer is diagnostic only.

This's exactly why I mentioned skills and their naming in my thread in the suggestions forum.

genetics should work hand in hand with research IMO
