Edit: You only need to put 1 nurse station down, don't put more or they'll keep moving between them while ignoring patients.
Click the ward once it's built, you can +/- staff. Works for research lab and fracture clinic too.
Thank you. I never paid much mind to my wards and was wondering why they were always full. That explains why the ward in my barebones training hospital is doing so well.
I don't see why you need more than just one. If you want a decent turnaround in the Ward, opt for two screens so that patients don't have to wait long to get undressed, and place at least 3 beds, maybe 4, 5 tops.
Thanks, was not that obvious.
Heads up that the same is done for Fracture Wards, Research Rooms and Marketing Rooms as wells.
If you've come up with a design that's starting to get overwhelmed and you want to combine two of them into one single mega-ward, you can take the 2nd Nurse's Station and replace it with a coffee maker, a chair, and a Sweets Dispenser.
I thought you'd need a station for each extra worker there... Good to know this.
