wasnt this on origin not to long ago and free?
For sure i remmeber this game being an origin exclusize and was free on it at one point.

You're thinking of Theme Hospital, the original game that was made by the same devs, but scooped up and held to ransom by EA.

You're talking about Theme Hospital. A classic and cult favourite 1997 Bullfrog game. Of which this game is the spiritual successor.

Do you Google? Or maybe the more appropriate question is: troll much?

Definitely wasn’t this one. Origin is Electronic Arts, this game is from Sega. Maybe you were seeing Theme Hospital?
