Decorations/Room Prestige
I nam wondering if anyone has great tips for getting to level 5 without plastering the walls with the gold star certificate (or having to have giant rooms). It seems that the balance of values is heavily weighted towards the 1 item and tje rest add tiny bumps.

I can get to level 5 rooms but the rooms seem to boring and there is no rela reason to make a room look nice as the art work, plants etc dont really add much points value to the prestige total. Now that I have completed the 3 stars on all levels I woant more reason ro replay the game and going for a nice looking hosital rather than a mathematical formula for getting a 5 star room might add to my interest.

I am wondering if there is a need to rebalance the totals a bit more?

I hide them behind bookcases and filing cabinets.

I'd love to see a bump in items and then a severe multiples decline to where using any more than 5 of anything would just be spending cash.

Have the Med Cabinet be a 10% boost, then 5%, 4%, 3%, 2% and 1%...and after that nothing.

Have Gold Certs do the same thing, max of 5. You could still have your little award walls like your doctor accomplished something, still hit level 5 rooms and have some nice mix and match without totally killing off spam.

Until then, all you can do is put cabinets and such around a room and do as above mentions and hide certs behind them.

Cheers..!

It is annyong having to disguise them, but that is basically my strategy as well.

I like the idea of increasing each items point value and then making the decline for each additional item much steeper.
Some rooms, it's fairly easy.

Examples include the Cryptology Clinic and clown Clinic. they have decor specific to the room that make the room follow a nice theme.

Others, you either need to make em really large, put in a bunch of windows and/or spam the same items regularly. Not necessarilly gold awards but a couple of rooms are very limited on decor, such as Pest Control and Shock Clinic. It'd be nice if every room had some exclusive decor items.

Let me stop you right here... nobody likes spamming items. It is to be honest very bad game design.

Did you bother to read his last 2 sentences, Kantz? No, no one likes to spam items but it is what it is at the moment.

Every room I make I put in a coffee maker, candy machine, trash can, water fountain, fire hydr, hand sanitizer and a chair (room will hit 3-4) - this stuff the staff will use inside the room - then I add the med cab and or gold cert.

I find just the basics get me to level 4, so you only really going bronze, silver and gold certificate with maybe a jasmine photo or another random picture to make it level 5.

I have never needed to spam objects? I only do that in toilets or if I can't be bothered to select different items (usually when I have been playing a long time in a hospital and have to set up a room or make it prestige 5 for a challenge).

Or make it so that variety of objects detects what level the room is.
At present each item does a percentage towards the prestige. If you make it say 2 items for level one and 15 items for level 5 (have to be different). Then this would make it a) more fair, b) less spammy (even though I never have a problem) and c) better looking.

Just my 2 pence.
The main thing is that you don't want many of your rooms to be level 5. At least, I don't. The trouble it causes is not worth the slight benefits you get from it.
