Can't see that No Deaths award ever happening on anything other than the early levels.
Noticed later that I got the achievement but with delay, possibly the reason you mentioned.
It can happen in later levels. You just need to know when to turn people away.

Great addition, thanks. For people following this, it actually popped for me once I X'd out of the awards page mentioned above.
So I think my only option is getting it in one year.
I got mine on year 14 of Mitton University. I beat the level to the best of my ability, and all the staff just got amazing cure powers. I kept going back to it because I have a research powerhouse and I set marketing to pump clowns for K goal.
