often times i'll accidentally click the deck instead of the left card at the bottom. might be nice if there was more space between the deck and the 2 cards to the right of it

Hi to all. So my wife got this game on her account but when she clicks play in her Library nothing happens. I went to the actual install folder & tried to run the .exe but got an error message saying "d3dx9_43.dll not found" Can someone tell me how to fix this?
