The materials are also stuttering.

I guess I have to reinstall game and update drivers every month or so and hope for the best.
If I find solution, I'll post it here.
On one hand, I'm glad that I am not the only one, on the other hand, it sucks that more of us cannot enjoy this gem of a game.
If I ever find the rootcause, I'll post it here.
One thing i noticed is, long belts seem to trigger the glitch more often. Also, belt that are full (say, a 120/min output on a 120/min belt) glitches much more often than underloaded ones (say 30/min output on a 120/min belt).
On belts at capacity or overloaded, the items stutters and tries to clip into each other.
Hi Zen, this is on stable branch, not experimental. That's why is suck for me :/
Devs, I believe, try to cover all bugs/glitches of an Update # before moving forward to next Update (starting starting experimental branch).
