object limit????

i was building my secondary steel factory before getting seriously into tier 5 & 6 and suddenly while wiring up over a mile or so, I can't place electric poles anymore. I get a green alert sign and no message or anything.

Looks like I can't build anything else either
did I seriously hit an object limit??

Mhh that's a big number indeed. Also my game definitely doesn't crash.

Got a screenshot? I'm not sure I'm familiar wit that message.

Well forget about it. I restarted the game and loaded my save to get a screenshot, but now it works.
I overreacted I guess. It was basically the typical "warning" triangle with an exclamation point but it was green. It popped up on my position and on my compass view.

No idea what that was.
