Windowed Mode?

Are there plans to allow the game to run in windowed mode so it can be run on different screens?

I believe that you'll find that option in OPTION, under sub-category VIDEO, the second one down FULLSCREEN, just check the box and if you want it, un-check it if you want windowed.

This is only partially true, the game is borderless however, it's still exclusive, since the screen 'flutters' if you attempt to switch to any window within the same screen space, which doesn't happen on games with true borderless window options.

What if you Alt-Tab and nothing happens?
Not being a "smart-alec" I can press Alt-Tab and game stays on screen without any alt tab windows appearing or the game minimizing.

HOW TO MOVE SATISFACTORY GAME TO ANOTHER MONITOR
Turn off full screen mode and then click anywhere in the game window to make sure it is selected. Press WIN + SHIFT + LEFT ARROW to move the whole window to the left monitor or WIN + SHIFT + RIGHT ARROW to move it to the right monitor. Now, just turn full screen back on and you are good to go.

HOW TO TURN OFF FULL SCREEN
Go to Options > Video, uncheck "Full Screen" and click "Apply." Click "Confirm" to confirm that you want to apply the changes and then click "Confirm" again to keep these settings.

I don't know about Mac, but for Windows, I use:

Left Start Key + Left Shift Key + Arrow Key

The arrow key you use is respective of which side you oriented the monitor that you also want to play the game on.

This is no longer a checkbox and it’s now called windowed fullscreen. I don’t believe there’s a way to actually play the game windowed if there ever was. Kind of sucks as noted by other users, you can’t look at a website and the game at the same time on the same screen.

I play windows mode all the time. I got my title mar visisble, my task bar and start menu and clock all visible and the game is maximized in the space left over
just got o settings -> video -> full screen -> set this to windowed, you might need to pick a resultion slight below your desktop resolution so you can see the title bar and be able to click the maximize icon...once you do that the resolution number will change to whatever size the window just become. in my case it reads 1813x1057
