Is there a feature for onscreen clock for peeps like me who playing without multiple monitors with fullscreen im aware overlays work but it would be nice to have to see while im wasting so much time.. come on guy you added kitten mode but not that :D maybe im wrong

Options > Gameplay > scroll to the bottom under Notifications and check Break Notifications. That will display a warning every two hours.

You could also set your autosave to a different time as well to remind you how long you've been playing. (You'll need to check the autosave notification in here too)

Just press shift-tab to open the Steam overlay and you got all the timing options you need.
