How do I quicksave/load?

Currently, saving is (I think, correct me if I'm wrong) more tedious in this game than in any other game in the history of gaming.

That's strange... but that goes for all menu navigation. It's just terrible with far too many prompts and clicks required to do anything.

Either way, since it currently takes:

3 key presses + 5 clicks to save a game... (come on.. I'm sure you will agree that is beyond insane.. if not done as a troll to us)

I assume there's a quicksave that we're actually meant to use.

Autosave is irrelevant.

Saving is tedious. I save a lot when I'm exploring the world for stuff and have to deal with many hazards that I'm not currently teched up enough to easily handle. So I save frequently.

There is an autosave feature built into the game which you can set from 0ff to i dont know how many minutes.

Oh, I can name a whole lot more if I want to.

But that's not the point I'm trying to make here. Treating a game as if it were another is the main reason why things are going to fail for players.

Satisfactory isn't Factorio... It's also not like any of those quicksave games. Yet instead of acknowlading this (lousy spelling) and making the best out of it... nah, whine, whine, whine.

When in Rome... try to do as the Romans do, you'll have a lot more fun that way.

It's an excessive number of those actions to complete a task that you may be doing very often.

One solution is maybe a bit 'quicker' and that is to let the autosave save the game each 5 minutes. But a quick save and load is probably on the same list as a pause button 'hard to implement'

just leave when your game autosaves because that's what i do.
anyways, no, there are lots more games that are "harder" to save in. also, quit it with the "subtle" salt.
it takes about .5 to 1.5 more seconds to save than the fastest saving game i've encountered.
and seriously, CLICKING YOUR MOUSE isn't that big of an issue. i'd understand if it was some super fast super awesome cool game, but in this game you're SUPPOSED to wait hours for items.
and an extra second or so is too much, when saving your game of all things? you're clicking hundreds of times to drop foundations and buildings down. now it's an issue? NOW? jeez

also: quicksaving. why would you want it? save scumming for hard drives? do that manually, or just edit your save if you're that "dedicated"
