To restart your grid disconnect everything that is not needed for power generation from your grid and first start your coal gens with biomass burners. When they are running without any issue (monitor them for about 15 minutes to make sure) restart your fuel power and monitor that this is running without issue.
If you have it unlocked already, build power storages. Enough to let your grid run for an hour just on them.
Deactivate a couple of machines or all and start your power production again. Than activate your machines again in groups and make sure your not exceeding your max power production again (look at the power graphs you can see e.g. at every power pole in the game). Lastly, produce more power by building new biomass burners, coal generators, oil refinerys
1. You have accidentally disconnected one or more generators from the grid. Check your connections.
2. Biomass generators burn wood/leaves/biomass/biofuel. The fuel does not last forever. One or more generators have used up all their fuel and shut down. Check and replenish the fuel in each generator
3. You have built too much and are trying to draw more power than your generators can provide. The two generators built into the Hub generate 20MW each, the separate biomass generators you can build generate 30MW each. Constructors and smelters need 4MW each, miners 5MW. Interact with a generator or power pole and inspect the power graph, to see if demand tried to exceed supply. Build more generators or disconnect some machines.
Also, prioritise getting coal power set up to replace biomass - because coal power can be fully automated, so no need to regularly manually refuel.
