Bad image quality
At 1440p, the game just doesn't look good sometimes, image doesn't look sharp at times and the edges of objects look really bad

Try turning AMD FidelityFx CAS up a bit, it's meant to sharpen the image. Try about 50% to start, try not to go over ~80% as the image can start to look over sharpened.

Objects are low end textures and also models I think. Either wait for updated mods or downgrade.

Are you using HDR?

AMD FidelityFx CAS makes the game look like ♥♥♥♥ for me, even at low values. its like turning up the sharpness setting on the TV

Yeah it was pointless to add CAS, really.... It's made for countering blurry images because of anti-aliasing, mostly caused by TAA solutions or FXAA. This game has no blurry antialiasing though, or any antialiasing that works well at all, so CAS is really just making the aliasing worse than it already is.

My solution to this was using ReShade and using DLAA from Astray's ReShade pack during install. Coupled with CAS at about 10-20%, since DLAA does blur everything up a bit. Looks pretty good. The ingame is awful though, you're right.

Disable Windows HDR it is broken. It is better to play SDR (more vibrant colors)

Correct, although you shouldn't have to download anything additional.
Just grab the latest ReShade installer and Astray's pack will be shown as an option in the list of effects to install during setup. I have a Radeon card so I use CAS through my driver, but in-game equivalent is CAS on with only 1 or 2 bars into the meter. Each bar is 10% as far as I'm aware. Give that a try.

Here's my in-game result.
