I keep getting killed. Is there a way to heal mid fight ? Also : When I quit the game, I have to start from the last save, which is before the amuzement park tank boss and the roller coaster sequence. Anything I can do about it ?

Press "Down" on D-Pad and you'll see a list of healing items you have available.

No. You're loading a manual save, and there's no way to load checkpoints, so you either finish the boss fight or go through the motions of getting to it again.

Avoid projectile attacks, jump across energy waves, evade boss's melee attacks. At 2nd phase bring down "totems". When boss's health gets low, focus it. Simple.
