Unable to switch into fight mode

After achieving Ending A and loading back to game I was told to play as 9s and to hack into the 'defense system' in the pit. However, as I attempted to come out of it, I was unable to move or attack in any form while taking no damage from hostile units. In other words, I was trapped in the tunnel with only no keys functioning but ESC.
I am utterly confused because the files were verified to be integrated and there were no other errors discovered previously.
I am curious if anyone have faced similar circumstances or managed to resolve the issue.

This happens if you uncap the frame rate using FAR, don't uncap it.

Like the.jester said, it's most likely because you uncapped your frame rate. Going above 60 FPS causes the game to freak out and not trigger certain story events.

Ahh, i did installed the FAR. Didn't expect that to happen lol. Thanks buddy, really appreciate the help
