why all locations are blocked? like i can't go to the desert or pascal's village?, the first playthough was a year ago so i don't remember what happened exactly. how do i go to those areas again and why the transport option is not available.

Because Route B follows the same events as Route A, which means fast travel only becomes available after you complete the alien ship.

thank you, so i will go and do the main quests now, there were some quests left from my previous playthough i thought i can do them right away.

Don't worry too much about them, especially if you miss anything

Later you will unlock chapter select
