Do regular bodies count towards "cherish our resources achievement"?

I've found very few bodies that belonged to other players while playing this game and most of the bodies I've ever found were bodies placed by the game. Do those count towards the 100 bodies collected achievement? If yes whats the best way to farm them?

AFAIK, they do count. However, they're much less common compared to bodies of the other players. I'm honestly surprised it's the other way around for you.

A good place to farm bodies would be near the entrance to Emil's house (a medium-sized room where you fight him). There are usually tons of bodies lying around - all the players that were not ready due to being severely underleveled, I assume.

Really? I've been there a few times and have never seen a body down there or on my way there. I think I'm better off farming fake bodies (not players). Also is there a way to see how many bodies I've collected?

System -> Play Records -> Bodies collected.

How do I check that? I have seen bodies for players while playing but very rarely and had them as an extra fighter

Yeah, the area before Emil's house was PACKED with bodies when I was there a week ago. Any of the areas where large set bosses are will have a good pile, I think.

I'm surprised you even need to farm for this. I got the achievement by accident long before I started achievement hunting.

I just checked and the game does show that I am connected to the network in my settings so I don't know why I rarely find any bodies during my playtime. Does anyone know locations that spawn fake bodies? I know the opera boss does when defeated.

Hmm somehow got the achievement even though the game says I've only collected 49 bodies

The in-game bodies that give you chips count as counters for this trophy. Can verify cuz I only collected around 30+ for the bodies from the network.

Perhaps the game only tracks how many player bodies you collect in the "Bodies Collected" tab but still counts ALL the bodies you collect for the achievement? Also if you really needed to farm this then you could just kill yourself over and over and collect the body every time

surprisingly that's how I got it when collecting my body after losing to Emil's determination a few times.
