How to achieve ending Y? [spoilers]

To get ending Y i have to kill Emil. To fight with him i need all weapons on 4 level. To get one weapon i have to kill Emil. What's going on?

To get ending Y you have to fight him but not bring him down to 0 HP!

Basically Emil have two forms. The first form which nets you his weapon, and the second/final form where ending Y happens. Please note that you have to allow him to self-destruct if you want ending Y. Attacking and killing him during his self-destruct sequence will deny you access to ending Y forever on that save.

I'm aware of that. But in order to fight him i need all weapons, and one weapons is dropped by him. It's paradox, or i'm missing something.

You kill his "vendor" form. You can do that by breaking into his house 2 times.
Upgrade the weapon you obtain this way to Lv4.
Then go to the shopping mall, Emil will show in a cutscene.
After the cutscene follow the marker, and beat him but do not kill him when he self-destructs.

Ok, so we fight him two times. I already know what to do, but i didn't realize that he is boss two times.
