Odd black box around the display?

Is that supposed to be there? Is there a way to fix it? It's when I'm in fullscreen mode at 1920x1080. Played with the resolutions a bit and had the same issue with all of them.

The only fix was to
Window mode,and download F.A.R or Borderless Gaming to remove the border(The company was too lazy to do anything)

yeah it sounds like the full screen bug :( *edit* possibly combined with your display/gpu scaling settings.

lol, STILL NOT FIXED? Jesus, I can't believe how lazy Square is. 3 months since release have passed. And when I use the third party fix it simply skips through every cutscene in the game...
