It might be the arrow keys with KB+M ? :S
Dunno beyond that. I think I've managed to swap target during lock-on occasionally, but I hardly used that (disorienting as it is) and don't really remember how I did it. Probably using the right analog stick as is mentioned above.
Like the pod switch, I think it goes right to left, so it'll go in the opposite direction of what you think it should be (but I never really used it in the game, so maybe it does go the right way).
