How to continue after ending A?

hi!! so i'm playing this marvelous game for the first time. out of the two save slots, the first one was a save from way at the start of the game after I'd completed ending W (basically dying in the tutorial) and then my second file was which I saved all of my upcoming saves on. I played through the game and got ending A, which I saved on file 3. after the credits etc I tried to start up save file 3 again but it was empty,, save file B got me right before the big fight of ending A. i tried starting a new game completely but nothing was different. how do i continue the game to play through ending B etc??

Load slot B, finish the big fight of ending A again, when asked to save, choose Yes and save on slot B. When the main menu have started just click on Continue directly and then slot B.
