So basically, remove that copy of ReShade you downloaded from the game folder.
Okay, follow your instructions (and reinstalling FAR) fixed everything. Thank you. Now to try and get Reshade to work
Launch the game once and create a new preset in Shift+F2 or whatever the hotkey for ReShade is. Then you might be able to replace that one with the one from the archive.
ReShade have two .ini files typically, the ReShade.ini that contains ReShade’s configuration file, and the [preset name].ini that contains the preset in question. Usually you only have to replace the preset file and not the ReShade file itself.
Oh, you could also simply throw the preset ini file into the folder where ReShade resides and see if it is detected in the game as well.
