Does anyone know what language the OST is in? Just curious

The soundtrack? Not in any particular language. Some tracks are using the made-up language of the game (the "angelic" language I believe some calls it?) while a few are in French, Japanese, and/or English. Most tracks don't have vocals though.

Thank you, I was wondering if my ears were playing tricks on me lol I felt like it was multi-language but just had to ask. Your answer cleared it up :)

It's in a unique languaged called "Chaos Language" created by the lead vocalist, Emi Evans. Previously found in minor amounts in Drakengard 3, and the primary language for NieR Gestalt/Replicant

It's a combination of English, Japanese, French, Scottish Gaelic, Portugese, and German.

There are 3 exceptions. The 3 songs that play during the credits are in English, Japanese, and a modified version of French. That is in the usual order you hear them.

ALL songs contain vocals in some way (With 2 excepts I can think about), though you normally won't hear the vocals for some songs.
