Depends, the PS4 version is convenient if you just want to play without worry and the PC version if you don't mind tweaks to fix it and you want mods. I had the PS4 version but moving onto the PC because someone started a texture upgrade and it looks much better. It seems to run smooth for me except it crashed once, I just added this[www.nexusmods.com] so I hope that won't happen again.
Yeah not a great port as is but after fixes & mods I'm liking the PC version more.

I used to play with a GTX 960 and FX 6300, so yes

It all depends on the specs of your PC. Sadly, the PS4 Pro can't hold a fully stable 60 FPS at all time at 1080p, which is why it's generally recommended to get the PC if you have the specs for it.

I am running on 1060gtx I doubt I will have any issue I am just worry about poor broken ports
I would go with PS4 Pro version if you don't want to deal with potential hassles.

PC definitely, the game will stutter in either system due to it's terrible programing, but on my ps4 pro it was far more noticeable.

GTX 1050 Ti with the FAR mod should be able to run the game better than PS4 Pro, I think. You'll just have to be sure to lower the global illumination quality using FAR, and disable the Anti-Aliasing option of the game (is pure MSAA) while leaving Ambient Occlusion enabled (uses SMAA).

That would mean PS4 Pro runs the game with better graphics (it has anti aliasing). SMAA is an anti aliasing method (subpixel morphological aa), not an ambient occlusion method

You misunderstand me. SMAA is baked into the AO setting, so enabling AO effectively enables SMAA, along with AO.

The dedicated AA setting is pure MSAA.

PS4 Pro uses the same or a lower quality of the SMAA filter baked into the AO setting.

PC version isn't a port but it could certainly use a patch or two to fix long-standing issues like fullscreen resolution, random frame dips, and so on.

Either way you go about it, whether PC or PS4, it's the same game. PC version will look a bit better though on the higher settings
