Pod Book Skin in GOTY?

I want to know if you get the book skin from Nier in the GOTY or if that was just a pre-order thing?

GOTY includes all previously released bonus cosmetics along with two wallpapers.

The pod book skin, Grimoire Weiss Pod, was a part of the Day One Edition and will therefor also be included in the GOTY edition.

That kinda crappy on there part. They are just basically telling everyone that didn't preorder or wait for the game to go ♥♥♥♥ themselves.
