The first playthrough leaves most players satisfied, so if you don't want to play through the second or third playthroughs to learn the full story and defeat the game you can end it after route 1 without any problem.
It’s okay if you don’t have time. Enjoy the game at your own pace. You can save almost anytime you want, with the exception of 2 or 3 big missions that can go on for 30mins without being able to saving (or restarting if you die) until you finish it.
This game has a really nice story.
The first section (ROUTE A) = the first half of the game and story, with the first of three characters. (takes roughly 20-25ish hours)
The second section (ROUTE B) = the first half of the game and story, with the second of three characters, except the beginning and end are completely different, and the side-quests you completed in Route A do not have to be repeated. (takes roughly 10-15ish hours)
The third section (ROUTE C) = the second half of the game and story (picks up immediately where Routes A and B left off), which is split up between all three of the characters. You will often switch perspectives between them during this route. This route also leads to the actual end of the story and is completely different from Routes A and B. (takes roughly 10-15ish hours)
If you put the DLC, well, everything is possible... I couldn´t beat those level 99 colosseums
