I need help

I'm at ending c or d where you get to choose which chapter you start on. On chapter 02-02(traveling to the desert) it says I have 2/3 shared and 0/1 quest completed under 2B.

I played that chapter over and making sure I did all the side quest before I reach the desert. The only side quest during that part is the lost equipment in the factory. I went there and no sword, but the waypoint for that quest disapeared so I assumed I already finished it. I went to the desert and saved the game, but it still says 2/3 and 0/1 under chapter 2-2.

what am I supposed to do to get that quest progress to 100%??anyone at this part?

I remember some shared quests being incorrectly tracked in earlier chapter than when they're actually accessible in. Especially those in the lower levels of the Factory. I recommend skipping that quest for now and trying to achieve other quests in later chapters.

Working backwards from the end to the beginning might be the easiest way.

Just jump to chapter 07-01 and do all available side quests.
And yeah, did you go back to the bunker after getting desert quest from Anemone?

That early, it's probably the bunker quest.

You have to go back to the bunker (from the resistance camp) and speak to the Commander. She'll send you back to fetch some stuff for Anemone.
