So ehm i killed pascal ....
What do i do now ? will i not be able to get certain items ?

Leave the village and then come back and they'll have respawned.

Transport yourself using the save terminals to the Rebel Camp and back.

Ooooh, you mean you killed him during route C ? Yeah, he's not coming back. He be gone!

Unless you replay the mission using the Chapter Select, that is.

I accidentally killed him during my first playthrough, by putting my pad on my desk to take a sip of coffee, it triggered an heavy attack... XD

I immediately Alt+F4 and reloaded my save. I feel sorry for you, mate...

Yes, Access points can transport you after your battle against Eve and Adam in a cave
