How do I begin the 2nd playthrough?

I just beat the first playthrough with the Route A ending and I was wondering how you begin the second playthough? I beat the game and after the credits it asked me to save, I overwrite my save that was already there (the only save that was there) and now everytime I go to play that save it brings me back to the sequence where I have to kill Eve in the ball form where he is surrounded by dead robot parts. Is this normal? Do I just kill Eve over again and it will begin?

Then the game didn't save correctly.

1. Beat the boss.
2. Watch credit scroll.
3. Save game when asked.
4. Click on Continue on the main menu.
5. The next route starts.

So it sounds that you need to replay the boss and beat the game again.

The Second playthrough takes place after the first one, obviously.
The Game is pretty much the same, but you dont have to do the side quests you already have done again, and see the Game in a fully new perspective.
Instead of 2b you see the Story with 9S.

The game seems like the same game after the first playthrough but just play further and further and you'll see... let me say it with a spoiler alert which isnt a huuuuge spoiler at all.

Story is the same but after certain cutscenes you see extra cutscenes and perspective of the robots
