This is the hardest one, you only got 0.4-5 sec to reaction for it, and need go around the water start fishing and stop change place.

Fortunately I got those already. I did do a little fishing at first. But I dont see myself having enough patience to do it for hours like OP in the oasis.

The weapon is in the sewers tunnel between the city ruins and the flooded city, after Engels exploded.

Edit : whoops, too slow.

Edit2 : ah, seems like we disagree on the tunnel. I'm pretty sure it's in "mine", and not in the one that leads to the amusement park.

I recently obtained said weapon, and can confirm it is in the amusement park sewers, along with a ton of other junk. Haha...

yes, a weap called Iron Pipe, you can fishing is from sewer
