Currently, no. Even if you get in elevator via cheesy tricks, it goes nowhere.
It's either for DLC purposes or just one giant troll.

No. Pretty sure it's just a joke, like how the Achievements shop is making a joke of achievements.

Those Apologetic Machine are for the DLC right now.
The Achievement shop is found at the Resistance Camp after completing I think Ending E.

ah okay, i haven't played after I ended the E line. so i might check it out. I really hope some cool DLC is in the works.

oh but does that involve the apologetic machines? I'm waiting for the steam sale. Maybe a couple of bucks will come of the price.

Those colosseums are located behind the three apologetic machines. In fact, the apologetic machines aren't even in the game any longer if you've the DLC as they've been replaced by other NPCs.
