BTW: Look at Kaine from Nier: Gestalt and read her story :)
Firstly, they'd be as realistic yet attractive as possible. They'd have to pass the uncanny valley and without the need for subterfuge within our own species they'd be attractive.
Secondly, Humans have an inherent need to express creativity, design and style. With bodies as strong as they have there is no need for protective clothing but ingrained levels of modesty would mean they'd have to be clothed. If the only function of the clothing is to cover areas you don't want explicitly seen then the design will become flashy. You can be sure they'd be treated like fashion dolls, probably with more experimental ideas than on actual humans as the clothes don't need to be comfortable and warm.
Just look at the outfits we put imaginary creatures such as characters in media, gods, mythical figures or dolls in. look at modern technology's form now that the tech is advanced enough that function doesn't dictate it.
or that last humans left are only horny men
Yep
If a western developer said that they would be fired LOL
