If you have never played nier before this I would suggest ( if you want to get into the lore) watch the cut scenes from the original nier game, and watch or either play drakengard 3 on the PS3 as the universe from drakengard 3 and nier are connected ( which is a whole other topic on its own lol just look up how they are connected ) just thought to share since people probably don't know about the connection to drakengard 3 or people who probably don't know that there even is a original nier lol
