Rooftop chest in City Ruins

It's up on this rooftop and I can't figure out how to reach it, you can't fly across from a nearby rooftop nor can I find any footing to climb. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=916213267

run double jump, pod throw, and maybe 1 or 2 spear ♥♥♥♥ followed by a pod slowfall got me across.

You should jump across from the building across the street. However you need to utilize the Pod Jump action and various slashes and stuff to keep yourself airborn enough to reach the roof.
