Need help! Unit data 95% --- what am I missed?

Am stuck in 95% of Unit data, what am I missed?

I'd go insane if I had to seek out each and every variation of a unit type.

Wow! thanks! am checking the list now :D

and,I have completed all quest already,now I just stuck in to meet(or destroy?)
all kind of machines in game.

The problem is the enhanced robot variations are not guaranteed to spawn when you enter a zone. You likely have to reload the zone several times to get them to spawn. Downright annoying.

After checked the list, I think I've missed 2 machines:

1-Goliath Biped in the playground of Pascal village:

2- Monster Type of Peculiar Machines:

It's weird, I went to Pascal village and killed Goliath Biped in the playground,
nothing happen,it won't add to my list.

And about the Monster Type,according to the wiki:
"Appears for the first time during Twin Request
(you do not need to kill him to complete this quest)"

Although I don't remember I had killed it or not,
I've already completed all quests for sure,include "Twin Request",
how come I don't have it in the list ? :/

Now I can't restart the quest because it's completed and closed,
Does that mean I have to start over the game without keep my record
from level 0 ???

You should be able to talk to the village robots again to update unit data via chapter select?

Regarding the monster type, it randomly spawns (with linked spheres) at the big waterfall area during route C. I only happen to chance upon it and not because of a quest.

I've found the monster type :D
I don't need to start over the whole game and someone has give the answer here

Now I got it,
to add machines to the list of Unit Data you have to kill it.
and some Unit have 2 or 3 different type equipped different weapons,
to achieve 100% unit data we gonna need to collect all of them.

That is exactly how annoying it is since they don't always spawn. I was pretty much satisfied with 95% just to finish the quest and get my elaborate gadgets.
