MGS sound?

So i decided to start a new game and replay the whole game today. Press play, once the window popped up, i heard a sound that came from metal gear solid i believe? And my game just crashes.

Any ways to solve this? Im not using a pirated version of the game, i bought this game, and the DLC.

MGS alert sound is part of FAR and it usually starts that sound when there is some other third party program interfering with FAR.

Programs can be anything that involves overlays, OSD, recording, RTSS... you name it there some already named in FAR thread.

The idea is if you hear it you then ask about that sound.
