Serial Cleaner bug reporting thread

Hi everyone! We’ve prepared this thread so you can help us find the different small bugs which are still likely embedded in the game. We’re going to keep a list of known issues in this thread so you don’t have to report the same stuff repeatedly.

If you encounter any issues, please let us know, and include as much of the following info as possible:
The game version (you can see that in the Main Menu, in the lower left corner)
The resolution you were using when the bug occured
A summary of what happened, ex. “The Cleaner won’t hide in potted plants”
Additional info on what was going on in the game when the bug occured, ex. if you were being pursued by enemies, if you were using the zoom out feature etc.
Including Steps to Reproduce (detailed info on how to repeat the bug) is very welcome.
Posting a screenshot or video of the bug will be very helpful as well.

If we need to know your system specs we’ll specifically ask for them.

The game loads, but the graphic does not load correctly. for the first stage, every in map objects are pink blocks

My game doesn't work anymore... Its stuck at the loading screen with the title serial cleaner.
How can i fix this. i even tried it on my laptop. it has the same problem.

Same issue here. Stuck on loading screen.

I don't know if it's a problem with the game or just my steam but achievements like "Talk to mom x times" or "Get rid of x bodies" aren't updating for me. The only one from those that did were cleaner sense achievement and radio one

when i start a level, every color turn into purple or brown and i cant see nothing

I've done all bonus contracts (from 21 to 30) at 100% all clean and i dont have the achivement.
He hecho todos los encargos extra (del 21 al 30) con un 100% todos y no me da el logro.

i cant start game, if i start i get message "game want my time" and i cant press OK cuz my mouse dont showing

Game won't start, Manjaro Linux.
Launching from terminal I see:

Just bought the game but stuck at "IP address" screen..... any solution ?
Mac os version or windows version, I'm stuck at the same point on both....

i'm playing with controller on windows 11. the menu freezes every time i change clothes. have to force-quit the game. when i restart, everything is working and the clothes have been changed.

Achievement to have cleaning sense open for 10 mintues is not achieveable. Not spread out over multiple instances, not one 10 mintue session

Reinstalled the game, changed PC´s and reinstalled again, but still bugged

So, I have tried to open Serial Cleaner for 2 days, and it doesn´t load, it stops at the part were the cutscenes stop playing and the Serial Cleaner logo flashes, any ideas?

Hello guys, i just started playing this game recently and i found it really fun so i wanted to hunt the 100% achivemennts, but after finishing the story and all extra contracts, im missing the radio/tv/news/grandma achivement, dispose of bodies, 20 daylight contracts and the one where the guards see bodybags/missing bodies

i dont know what to do as the guide for the workaround didnt work for me, i deleted the savefile and "replayed" from level 1 a new game but it didnt update any of my achivements, i have all the achivements frozen


what could i do? annd thanks
