MOUSE KEEPS SNAPPING BACK TO CENTER OF SCREEN
(FIXED)ish

If you have the cursor problem where it auto centers on the screen all you have to do is keep moving your mouse in a circular movement and as the cursor glides over the menus you can click them. It works enough to let you change options and get into game.

going to get a refund now.

This shouldn't be happening. Do you have a controller plugged in that might be messing with your inputs? What about software? Are you accidentally pressing the "center screen" hotkey?

I have a new windows 10 install, and I have a logitech G502 Hero mouse. No hotkeys are being pressed. Theres no hotkeys being presses. on my old computer I had some joysticks and a wheel installed and when I tried to play Hitman the same mouse centering issue happend.

In this day and age people have alot of controllers attached to their systems that are a real pain in the ass to dissable to play one game. I really wish there was an easy way to turn off controller crap in the INI files. Please let me know if there is.

Oh boy, posting and yelling at the devs. Acting classy with a capital K. And yet they were still polite enough to respond within 10 minutes of your post during a time many would have off work for the holidays.

Anyway, If you've had this issue in other games then this sounds like a problem more specific to your setup than DUSK itself. You can disable controllers from the in-game menu anyway if that is the issue.

its a problem with the game. Why would you program a game to use any random USB device to control the mouse in the menu screen? Its ridiculous.

Im just pissed because it looks like a really cool game

There is in fact a way to disable controller input right in the games menu! Try disabling the controller input there, and let me know if that works, if not, We can try to troubleshoot the issue further.

The mouse snaps back to screen center if I try to move it ONLY in the main menus. I was able to move fast enough to get into the new game weapons load out area and the problem disappeared. Unfortunately I am unable to navigate fast enough to get to the controller menus,

You should be able to disable it in the dusk.ini file found in dusks config folder then, hopefully that will fix it!

so nothing i did in the ini file fixed it, but I did learn that the cursor wont center itself if I keep the mouse moving as I swipe over the options and click them. So im able to get into the game and play! :) thanks for your help.

FIGURED IT OUT! For my PC at least I finally after months of annoyance I took a second to think.( Genuinely not being sarcastic or anything, just never took enough mental energy 😆)
Change your vsync! Had mine at 1(max) put it to two and immediately the problem was solved! Thank the heavens!
