Its possible you got some of the soaps in a period of time in which the achievement was bugged (October-December of last year). If you would like to know which levels you are missing in order to unlock the cheeve, you can provide me with your steam stats for ep1_soap, ep2_soap. and ep3_soap and I can help you figure it out. An easy way to access these stats is via Steam Achievement Manager. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Not sure how to do that. Barring that I've gotten 100% on each level... sooo not sure what I'm missing here. I've gotten all but 4 achievements here: "Don't Drop it", "Mother", "Gotta go fast", and "Telefragged".
I've ran into the same problem too, I know that i found them all but of course the achievement it didn't pop for me.
From what I can tell, the ep1_soap, ep2_soap. and ep3_soap entries are binary values, each bit representing what level you're missing in a certain episode. I had 4063 as the value for ep3_soap, which is 111111011111. The sixth bit is 0, implying the sixth level was where I missed the soap.
E3M6 is Brimstone Ghetto, and it was indeed where I missed it.
You may have spotted the soap and not picked it up, so checking those values in the Steam Achievement Manager may help save you some time if you're not in the mood to replay the entire game.
How do the secret levels count in this binary number? Are they the eleventh digit or the digit after the level from which they are accessed from?
