Take the save file you want to use from the Steamapps/Common/Dusk/Saves folder, and put it in the Dusk/DLC/Dusk HD/Saves folder. Keep in mind it may or may not work due to being from an older version, but I did just try it with a save right in front of Nyarlathotep, and that save was from 2018 and it worked fine.

I think I was a little premature with my original response.

The save that I tried did load, but I didn't really play much after I loaded it. The saves may or may not work, but the Dev's have posted on here that there's been enough changes to Blood HD that the original save files may not work, and probably won't. Keys may not load properly, items might not load, sequences may be broken, so there's no guarantees that it will play well.

The reverse, taking a Blood HD file and saving it back to the original game should work fine, but taking an old save and playing it in HD will more than likely have issues.

So I wouldn't count on them working.
