Can't Access Dusk HD

I've tried changing the launch options but only the base version of Dusk seems to launch. I've even tried resetting my PC, logging in and out of my steam account and looking up guides on Youtube but I can't find anything. Anyone know how to get the HD models working?

go to dusk in your steam library
-right click and chose propriete , in the first tab (general) go to launch option and chose dusk hd

yeah it's not there...
EDIT you first need to download it as DLC

Yea I already have it downloaded and I've already gone to the general tab in my property's.

DLC has to be installed, and you need to own dusk on the account you are playing from. press play in your library and you will be prompted with 4 launch options, one of which is dusk hd. If you arent seeing it, that means you are either on a platform that doesnt support dusk hd, do not own the base game, or have not installed the dlc. However, if you dont see the launch option, and HAVE installed the dlc, you can check for dusk hd in the game's files in the \Dusk\DLC\Dusk HD\ folder

I had a problem like that, HD was downloaded and installed but I didn’t get the option on launch. Deleted game files and downloaded them again and it worked.

Btw when you start the game the MS-Dos loading screen says DUSK HD on top left. Then you can be sure it works :)

I thought I was going insane for a minute. Was there any reason NOT to make this just a standard update to the game? Was it some weird console thing? 1st world problems and all that but just a suggestion: put up a little link on the start screen for the game saying "To access HD mode go here and install." That's all.

Only three problems though one of them is a question.

1. I have a question if Windows 10 is a platform and work with Dusk HD (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 is the Driver)

2. If I have a mouse icon that means I have the base game

3. DLC will not show in DLC lists

I already tried the Launcher and it wasn't there and even deleted in the files just to reboot it. So what am I doing wrong if it's not triggering and just launches Dusk whenever I click the free Dusk HD select button, does it have to do with FV?

Have you tried uninstalling Dusk and installing it again? Worked for me.

Are you using windows or linux? Because it's not in the linux version.

Probably a broken DLC since I have Windows 10 with no way of assessing it if it's free unless there is another purchase though I did purchase this EA before release though that is strange that HD might've been for backers. I have no idea why it doesn't work unless FV is preventing or if anyone explains that it doesn't work with NVIDIA Geforce.

I hope it can go into Betas then just being DLC because for some reason it's broken for me and I don't know why.

Even tried to unistalled and installed and doesn't work.

Is this Dusk HD only for modding?

For me, running it on Fedora Linux, helped switch into Proton engine in capabilities option, and press download Dusk HD, i can't see it in library but can access Dusk HD as startup option when launching Dusk. (Along with Duskworld, Dusk - Modable, etc).
Also can't see my saves from original, which must be another workaround.
