To get the full Dave Oshry Experience, DUSK must be played on a 21:9 monitor AND while wearing GUNNARs!

Wholesome post though, I hope more people experiment with the visuals after seeing this :]

It probably wasn't deleted. It might be on the old Dusk E1 forums which you can still find here:

Bizarrely, some people still post there and bump 2 year old topics from before Jab became a NB mod

This makes me wish that Dusk had a way to save different graphics settings profiles.

To embrace the full DUSK experience I have a pogo stick programmed to bounce and flip me every time DUSKdude does ingame. True immersion.

I use the QUASK setting, with bilinear filtering and bloom off. Limited palette on. I tried playing with the pixelation on 2, but the graphics are so nicely pixelated by default I don't see the point in pixelizing them more. So I leave pixelation at 0.

Pixelation 2 and default color (for 1st playthrough) for me, I'm gonna try the limited color thingy

Nice !

What can I say, I love quake, and those settings really hit the nail on the head. Feels like I'm playing Quake with software rendering again.
