E2 door switch combinations
I'm playing through the game and keep running into these door switches and it's not clear what the combination for them are, so I'm just doing it at random.

Without spoiling them I guess, is there a pattern I've missed? I can get through them in a about 15 seconds of random clicking, but I feel like I'm missing out on a puzzle or something.

Is there a place in the world that typically has the door codes?

Oh weird, so it's literally just trial and error? That seems strange, given how well designed the rest of the game is. Thanks!

The first few are taken straight from Duke Nukem 3d, with identical solutions. They're a throwback to those sort of switch puzzles.

Nop... Though it would be cool. Like if on the board there was written 1010, or things like that. But for the moment there isn't any tips on what the combinations are.

It's a bit oldschool in that regard, but it's not really that long to try. Maybe I missed something, but I don't think so at all. Hope it doesn't ruin your flow in the game though ^^ .

I feel like a hint in the first level that these buttons appear in would be a good idea. Something like 'two is key' just to hint that no more than two of the buttons need to be clicked on for the combo.

Plus, I think it would fit with Dusk "show don't tell" vibe.

Ah okay, that makes sense. Was entirely lost on me, but it's good to know the logic behind their inclusion. Thanks!

I think it's well implemented it takes maybe 5 seconds tops to get the combination right
